GallopNYC is a Member Center of PATH International, an organization that leads the advancement of professional equine-assisted services by supporting its members and stakeholders through rigorously developed standards, credentialing, and education. The center accreditation process is a peer review system in which trained volunteers visit and review centers in accordance with PATH International standards. PATH International certifies professionals according to field-tested standards to ensure the highest levels of safety, ethics, and effectiveness in the industry. Certification candidates must complete relevant education and pass written and practical exams to be certified to deliver equine-assisted services.

GallopNYC is a member of Move United, an organization that uses sports to push what's possible so everyone, regardless of ability, has equal access to sports and recreation in their community. Established in 1956, Move United proudly serves wounded warfighters, youth, and adults with disabilities. The Move United Membership Network comprises organizations that provide local, regional, and/or national sports programming to athletes with disabilities. These organizations have access to benefits that enhance and foster the continued growth of adaptive and inclusive sports programming nationwide. GallopNYC is a proud member.

GallopNYC is a recognized USEF Community Outreach Organization. US Equestrian (USEF) is the national governing body for equestrian sport. Its mission is to provide access to and increase participation in equestrian sports at all levels by ensuring fairness, safety, and enjoyment. USEF trains, selects, and funds the United States Equestrian Team and licenses equestrian competitions of all levels across the United States each year. USEF also assists with horse welfare in crisis situations, natural disasters, and daily competition. Recognized USEF Community Outreach Organizations are united by their standards as they work to provide equine-based learning opportunities and support the positive impact horses can have within their local communities.
